I started this work because I saw a real need. Women on the fertility journey deserve emotional and physical support, along with a calm, balanced mindset that brings peace no matter the outcome.
When I look back on my own fertility journey 30 years ago, I remember feeling stressed, sad, and very alone. Resources were limited, and few people understood the emotional strain of IVF treatments. It all felt impersonal and mechanical, and I didn’t have the mindset or support I truly needed.
Between rounds of IVF, my husband and I moved into a larger home, hoping to fill the extra rooms with little ones. After our second unsuccessful round, we decided to pause and focus on settling in. The years passed, and although motherhood didn’t happen as we had dreamed, our lives were filled with love and laughter from our two wonderful yellow Labradors. They were our kids, and they brought us joy for more than two decades.
With hindsight and the wisdom that comes from time, I now see there may have been factors contributing to my infertility that I didn’t recognize back then — including emotional factors. That awareness has deepened my compassion for women walking this path and inspired me to create the kind of support I once needed myself.
Today, I use my experience to help women on the fertility journey feel calm, supported, and never alone. Through mindset techniques, including Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), I help women find clarity, peace and ease — not just to endure the process, but to grow through it.
As I often said in my massage practice, “When the mind relaxes, the body follows.” That truth continues to guide my work every day.
